Annexation

Known as the Upper Mississippi River International Port District Act

The act spans §§ 70-1863-1 to 70-1863-999 (43 sections).

Territory that is contiguous to the District and that is not included within any other port district may be annexed to and become a part of the District in the manner provided in Section 36 or 37, whichever is applicable.
