When used in this Article: "Authority" means Aurora Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority. "Board" means the governing and administrative body of the Aurora Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority. "Metropolitan area" means all that territory in the State of Illinois lying within the corporate boundaries of the City of Aurora and the Waubonsee Community College District #516 except for those portions lying within counties which have a civic center authority within the corporate limits of such counties.
