As used in this Article, unless the context otherwise requires: "Authority" means the Centre East Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority. "Board" means the governing and administrative body of the Centre East Metropolitan Exposition, Auditorium and Office Building Authority. "Metropolitan area" means all that territory in the State of Illinois lying within the corporate boundaries of Niles Township or any municipality a part of which lies within Niles Township.
