70 ILCS 210/17

As soon as practicably possible after the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1989, the members of the Board shall organize for the transaction of business, select a temporary secretary-treasurer from its own number, and adopt by-laws and regulations to govern its proceedings

Known as the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Act

The act spans §§ 70-210-1 to 70-210-9 (49 sections).
