Whenever there shall be located within the bounds of any such sanitary district organized under the provisions of this act, any United States military post, reservation or station, or any naval station, the said board of trustees of such district are hereby authorized to enter into contracts or agreements with the War Department, or other proper authorities of the United States, permitting them to connect with any such conduit or conduits, main pipe or pipes, and discharge the drainage, sewage or other impure or contaminated liquids therein.
