Drug and alcohol testing

The Regional Transportation Authority, and all of the Service Boards subject to the Authority, including the Chicago Transportation Authority, shall be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, administration and enforcement of a comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program which is in absolute conformity with Federal statutes and regulations currently in effect. (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 104-457) Sec. 2.24. Drug and alcohol testing. The Authority, and all of the Service Boards subject to the Authority, including the Chicago Transit Authority, shall be responsible for the establishment, maintenance, administration and enforcement of a comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program which is in absolute conformity with Federal statutes and regulations currently in effect.
