This board shall be comprised of the Chairmen of the Citizens Advisory Boards of the Chicago Transit Authority, the Commuter Rail Board and the Suburban Bus Board. This Board shall meet at least quarterly and shall advise the Board of the impact of its policies and programs on the communities within the metropolitan region. Members shall serve without compensation.
