If such ordinance is adopted, the commission shall certify the proposition to the proper election officials, who shall submit the proposition to the voters in the territory of the commission at an election in accordance with the general election law. The proposition shall be in substantially the following form: -------------------------------------------------------------- Shall the (insert corporate name of county water commission) issue general obligation bonds YES for the purpose of (state purpose), in the sum of $....
