Sub-districts in more than one Soil and Water Conservation District

Known as the Soil and Water Conservation Districts Act

The act spans §§ 70-405-1 to 70-405-9 (109 sections).

If a proposed sub-district lies in more than one Soil and Water Conservation District, the petition may be presented to the directors of any one of such districts, and the directors of all districts shall act jointly as a board of directors with respect to its formation. Such a sub-district shall be formed in the same manner and shall have the same powers and duties as a sub-district formed in one Soil and Water Conservation District.
