Filling vacancies-Removal from office

P.A. 86-297.

If for any reason a vacancy occurs in the office of temporary commissioner, the appropriate appointing authority shall appoint a successor, without notice, or upon such notice as the appointing authority may direct, and the fact that the cause has been continued to a later date shall not affect the validity of the appointment. Temporary commissioners may be removed from office for good cause by the appointing authority upon its own motion or upon the petition of any interested landowner.
