As used in this Act, the following terms shall have the following meanings unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context: "Board" means the Board of Commissioners of the Beardstown Regional Flood Prevention District. "County board" means the Cass County Board. "District" means the Beardstown Regional Flood Prevention District created by this Act. "Fund" means the Beardstown Regional Flood Prevention District Property Tax Fund created under subsection (h) of Section 20 of this Act.
