Web-based signature

Known as the Downstate Forest Preserve District Act

The act spans §§ 70-805-0-001 to 70-805-9 (70 sections).

P.A. 104-406, eff. 1-1-26.

A forest preserve district may allow a person to sign any document with a web-based signature if the forest preserve district uses a secure web-based platform. This Section does not apply to a nominating or candidate petition or a referendum petition.
