Cemetery Maintenance District Act

- 70 ILCS 105/1.1— Short title
- 70 ILCS 105/2— All courts in this State shall take judicial notice of the existence of all cemetery maintenance districts organized under this Act and every such district shall constitute a body corporate and politic and as such may sue or be sued
