Powers (Continued) Operation and Maintenance of Harbors for Recreational Purposes

  • 70 ILCS 1205/11.1-1— The term "harbor", as used in this article includes harbors, marinas, slips, docks, piers, breakwaters, and all buildings, structures, facilities, connections, equipment, parking areas and all other improvements for use in connection therewith
