Powers (Continued) Operation and Maintenance of Harbors for Recreational Purposes
- 70 ILCS 1205/11.1-1— The term "harbor", as used in this article includes harbors, marinas, slips, docks, piers, breakwaters, and all buildings, structures, facilities, connections, equipment, parking areas and all other improvements for use in connection therewith

- 70 ILCS 1205/11.1-4— The park district shall submit its plan for any construction to be undertaken under this Article for approval to: (a) the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Illinois, and to (b) the proper officials of the United States Government

- 70 ILCS 1205/11.1-9— The park district has the power to secure grants and loans, or either, from the United States Government, or any agency thereof, for financing the planning, establishment and construction, enlargement and improvement of any harbor or any part thereof, authorized by this law
