Park Commissioners Street Control (1879) Act
- 70 ILCS 1245/0.01— Short title
- 70 ILCS 1245/1
- 70 ILCS 1245/2
- 70 ILCS 1245/3— Such park boards shall have the same power and control over the parts of streets taken under this act, as are or may be by law vested in them of and concerning the parks, boulevards or driveways under their control
- 70 ILCS 1245/4— In case any such streets or parts thereof, shall pass from the control of such park board, the power and authority over the same, granted or authorized by this act shall revert to the proper corporate authorities of such city, town or village, respectively as aforesaid
- 70 ILCS 1245/5— Any city, town or village in this state, shall have full power and authority to invest any of such park boards with the right to control, improve and maintain any of the streets of such city, town or village, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act
