River Conservancy Districts Act

- 70 ILCS 2105/2— All courts in this State shall take judicial notice of the existence of all conservancy districts organized under this Act

- 70 ILCS 2105/15.2— Bonds issued under Section 15.1 shall be payable solely from the revenue derived from the operation of the land or facilities for which the bonds were issued
- 70 ILCS 2105/15.3— Whenever revenue bonds are issued under Section 15.1 of this Act, all revenue derived from the operation of the specified land or facilities shall be set aside as collected and shall be deposited in a separate fund designated as the "Revenue Bond Fund" of the conservancy district
