Sanitary District Refunding Bond Act
- 70 ILCS 3005/0.01— Short title
- 70 ILCS 3005/1
- 70 ILCS 3005/2— The ordinance authorizing the refunding bonds shall prescribe all details thereof and shall provide for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax upon all the taxable property within the sanitary district sufficient to pay the principal thereof and interest thereon as it matures
- 70 ILCS 3005/3— The refunding bonds may be exchanged for the bonds to be refunded on the basis of dollar for dollar for the par value of the bonds, interest coupons, and interest not represented by coupons, if any
- 70 ILCS 3005/4— The refunding bonds shall be of such form and denomination, payable at such place, bear such date, and be executed by such officials as may be provided by the corporate authorities of the sanitary district in the bond ordinance

- 70 ILCS 3005/8— This Act shall apply to any sanitary district, regardless of the law under which it is organized and operating, and shall constitute complete authority for issuing refunding bonds as herein provided without reference to other laws
