Local Mass Transit District Act
- 70 ILCS 3610/1— This Act shall be known and cited as the "Local Mass Transit District Act"

- 70 ILCS 3610/8.2— At the hearing provided for in Section 8.1 the court shall preside and any interested person shall be given an opportunity to be heard touching upon the sufficiency of the petition and upon the boundaries of the territory sought to be annexed to the local mass transit district
