Water Authorities Act

  • 70 ILCS 3715/0.01— Short title

  • 70 ILCS 3715/2— The court shall canvass the returns of the election and by written order shall determine and declare the result thereof within the territory that shall be described in the order, which order shall be entered of record in the court

  • 70 ILCS 3715/14— With respect to any area acquired by a water authority for reservoir purposes, whether within or without the corporate boundaries of the authority, the authority has the powers enumerated in Sections 15 to 23, inclusive, which are in addition to any other powers of an authority
