Hospital District Law
- 70 ILCS 910/1— This Act may be cited as the Hospital District Law

- 70 ILCS 910/3— (a) "Hospital" means any hospital for in-patient and out-patient medical or surgical care of persons in need thereof
- 70 ILCS 910/4— A Hospital District may be created, incorporated and managed as provided in this Act and may exercise the powers herein granted or necessarily implied

- 70 ILCS 910/17— Action of the board of directors of a Hospital District of a legislative character shall be in the form of an ordinance, and after adoption shall be filed with the secretary and shall be made a matter of public record in the office of the District
- 70 ILCS 910/18— The Board shall provide for the proper and safe keeping of its permanent records and for the recording of the corporate action of the District
