Definitions

Known as the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Act

The act spans §§ 705-17-1 to 705-17-99 (9 sections).

For the purpose of this Act: "Commission" means the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission. "Court" means the Illinois Supreme Court.
