Jury administrator defined

Known as the Jury Commission Act

The act spans §§ 705-310-0-01 to 705-310-9-2 (18 sections).

As used in this Act, "jury administrator" means an employee of a circuit court located in a county with a population of at least 3,000,000, appointed by the chief judge for that circuit and who, at the direction of the chief judge, performs the functions of jury commissioners.
