- 705 ILCS 210/0.01— Short title
- 705 ILCS 210/1— Prohibition
- 705 ILCS 210/2— Any person who shall violate Section 1 shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor
- 705 ILCS 210/3— Any contract of employment of an attorney obtained or made as a result of a violation of this Act shall be void and unenforceable
- 705 ILCS 210/4— This Act shall in no manner be construed as enlarging the privileges of attorneys at law as now permitted in this state
