To this end, he may: (1) arrange for the exchange of information among governmental officials concerning the use of cannabis; (2) coordinate and cooperate in training programs concerning cannabis law enforcement at local and State levels; (3) cooperate with the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs, United States Department of Justice, or its successor agency; and (4) conduct programs of eradication aimed at destroying wild illicit growth of plant species from which cannabis may be extracted.
