(a) It is unlawful to knowingly burn, place in a trash receptacle, or dispose of methamphetamine manufacturing waste, knowing that the waste was used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine. (b) A person who violates subsection (a) of this Section is guilty of a Class 2 felony.
