(a) Nothing in this Act limits the scope, terms, or effect of the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act. (b) Nothing in this Act limits the lawful authority granted by the Medical Practice Act of 1987, the Nurse Practice Act, or the Pharmacy Practice Act. (c) Nothing in this Act limits the authority or activity of any law enforcement officer acting within the scope of his or her employment.
