725 ILCS 175/7

Any civil action or proceeding under this Act against any person may be instituted in the circuit court for any county in which such person resides, is found, has an agent, transacts his affairs, or in which property that is the subject of these proceedings is located

Known as the Narcotics Profit Forfeiture Act
