725 ILCS 185/17

Reports shall be in writing, signed by an authorized representative of the pretrial services agency, and prepared on the uniform reporting form

Known as the Pretrial Services Act

The act spans §§ 725-185-0-01 to 725-185-9 (39 sections).

Copies of the report shall be provided to all parties and counsel of record. If the report is filed with the court, the court shall deny public access to the report.
