(a) Funds awarded under this Act may be used for behavioral health services until July 1, 2027. (b) Any organization being reimbursed from funds awarded under this Act for behavioral health services must also file a plan to become Medicaid certified for behavioral health services under the Illinois Medicaid program on or before July 1, 2027.
