Intent; purposes

Known as the Pretrial Success Act

The act spans §§ 725-187-2-1 to 725-187-2-50 (11 sections).

This Act creates a comprehensive approach to ensuring pretrial success, justice, and individual and communal well-being. The Act minimizes the number of people detained pretrial by ensuring access to community-based pretrial supports and services.
