Cemetery Removal Act

  • 765 ILCS 830/0.01— Short title
  • 765 ILCS 830/1— Whenever any cemetery is within the limits of any town, the corporate authorities thereof may, if, in their opinion, any good cause exists why such cemetery should be removed, cause the remains of all persons interred therein to be removed to some other suitable place
