770 ILCS 30/4

Known as the Horseshoers Lien Act

The act spans §§ 770-30-0-01 to 770-30-9 (13 sections).

P.A. 83-358.

It shall be the duty of the recorder upon presentation to him, of any such claim for lien to file the same in his office, in the same manner as provided by law for the filing and recording of deeds or other written instruments and he shall be entitled to charge and receive from the person filing such claim for a lien, a like fee.
