815 ILCS 410/4

Any person advertising second-hand watches for sale in any manner shall state clearly in such advertisement that the watches so advertised are second-hand watches

Known as the Second-hand Watch Act

The act spans §§ 815-410-0-01 to 815-410-5 (6 sections).

If such advertisement is printed or written, the fact that such watches are second-hand shall be printed or written in bold faced letters.
