Nothing in this Act is a limit on the power of any home rule or other unit of local government to pass or enforce ordinances concerning matters to which this Act applies

Known as the Underground Sewer Employee Safety Act

The act spans §§ 820-250-0-01 to 820-250-6 (8 sections).

To the extent any such powers are exercised by both a unit of local government and the State such powers shall be exercised concurrently.
