Sec. 0.9. As used in this chapter, "uniformed services" means the following:
(1) The United States Army.
(2) The United States Air Force.
(3) The United States Navy.
(4) The United States Marine Corps.
(5) The United States Space Force.
(6) The United States Coast Guard.
(7) The commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
(8) The commissioned corps of the Public Health Service.
