Ind. Code § 10-19-2.2-3

"Qualified first responder"

As added by P.L.143-2023, SEC.1.

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "qualified first responder" refers to:

(1) a law enforcement officer (as defined in IC 5-2-1-2(1));

(2) a firefighter, including a volunteer firefighter; or

(3) an emergency medical technician, emergency medical responder, or paramedic.
