Ind. Code § 11-13-2-5

County not precluded from receiving subsidy under other laws

As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.6.

Sec. 5. This chapter does not preclude a county from receiving a subsidy under IC 11-12-2 for the delivery of probation services.
