Ind. Code § 12-14-18-1

Application of chapter

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.8.

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to an individual who receives any of the following:

(1) Supplemental assistance to the aged.

(2) Supplemental assistance to the blind.

(3) Supplemental assistance for persons with disabilities.
