Sec. 10. An individual who:
(1) is at least sixty-five (65) years of age;
(2) participates in the Indiana long term care program under IC 12-15-39.6; and
(3) satisfies the requirements under IC 12-15-39.6-8;
is eligible to receive Medicaid.
