Ind. Code § 12-20-8-1

"Resident" defined

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.14.

Sec. 1. For purposes of this chapter, an individual is a "resident" of a township or county if the individual:

(1) has located in the township or county; and

(2) intends to make the township or county the individual's sole place of residence.
