Ind. Code § 12-21-8-1.2

Sec. 1.2. As used in this chapter, "9-8-8 suicide and crisis lifeline" means the nationally certified network of local crisis centers that provide free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis.
