Ind. Code § 12-25-3-4

Docketing of case; parties; no further pleadings necessary

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.19

Sec. 4. (a) The case shall be docketed as a civil action, with the applicant or licensee as the plaintiff and the secretary as the defendant.

(b) No further pleading is necessary.
