Sec. 30. "Child in need of services", for purposes of the following statutes, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-34-1-1 through IC 31-34-1-9:
(1) IC 12-13.
(2) IC 12-14.
(3) IC 12-15.
(4) IC 12-19.
