Ind. Code § 12-7-2-73

"Drug abuser"

As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.1.

Sec. 73. "Drug abuser", for purposes of IC 12-23, means an individual who:

(1) has developed a psychological or physical dependence on the effects of drugs or harmful substances; or

(2) abuses the use of drugs or harmful substances;

so that the individual or society is harmed.
