Ind. Code § 13-11-2-106

"Incinerator"

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.

Sec. 106. "Incinerator", for purposes of IC 13-21 and environmental management laws, means an engineered apparatus designed for the burning of solid waste under the effect of controls on the following:

(1) Temperature.

(2) Retention time.

(3) Air.

(4) Other combustion factors.
