Sec. 130.3. "Motor vehicle recycler", for purposes of IC 13-20-17.7, means any of the following:
(1) An automotive salvage recycler.
(2) An automobile scrapyard.
(3) A hulk crusher.
(4) A scrap metal processor.
(5) A vehicle disposal facility.
