Sec. 144.8. "Onsite sewage system" means all equipment and devices necessary for proper:
(1) onsite:
(A) conduction;
(B) collection;
(C) storage; and
(D) treatment; and
(2) absorption in soil;
of sewage from a residence, municipality, publicly owned treatment works, or commercial facility.
