Sec. 147.5. "Operational function", for purposes of sections 151.2, 151.3, and 151.4 of this chapter, IC 13-23-13-14, IC 13-24-1-10, and IC 13-25-4-8.2, includes a function such as that of:
(1) a facility manager;
(2) a plant manager;
(3) an operations manager;
(4) a chief operating officer; or
(5) a chief executive officer.
