Ind. Code § 13-11-2-248

"Waste minimization"

As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.

Sec. 248. "Waste minimization", for purposes of environmental management laws, means a process that leads to:

(1) preventing the creation of waste; or

(2) a diminution in the volume of waste being generated.
