Sec. 268. "Work receipt", for purposes of IC 13-23, means a receipt that:
(1) is signed by a contractor certified under IC 13-23-3-3; and
(2) contains the following:
(A) The name and address of the contractor.
(B) An itemized list of the work performed by the contractor.
(C) The itemized cost of the work performed.
